Today, we are going to talk about the reasons for the killing of elephants in Africa.
Like much of the world, we all know that the African elephant is a seriously endangered species. A
booming Chinese middle-class with an expensive taste for ivory, poverty in Africa, and most
importantly, weak and corrupt law enforcement means more elephants are being k I led than ever. As a
result, some 30,000 African elephants are killed each year, more than 100,000 between 2010 and 2012,
and the pace of killing is not slowing.Tanzania recently announced that its elephant population has fallen
from 110,000 to fewer than 44,000. Locals, including poor villagers, are killing elephants for cash. Even
if they are caught, the penalties are too light to act as a real deterrent. Park rangers are often the only
force opposing the killers, but their numbers are small and they are ill-equipped. They are troops on the
front line of a violent battlefield which affects the whole ecosystem of the world.

Having a successful job interview isn't easy, but you can increase your chances if you prepare carefully
for it. Let me share some of my best job interview tips with you.
First, you need to do some research on the company, the managers, and the post that you desire. The
more information you get about the company, the better you will be able to answer the interview
questions.
Second, before the interview, prepare some responses to the most common interview questions. It is not
necessary to memorise the answers but you should know as many details and examples as possible.
On the day of the interview, dress smartly and arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled interview.
These are the ingredients to creating a good first impression. During the interview, remember to be
confident, focused and genuine. Believe that you have all the necessary qualities that the job requires,
and your confidence will show through.
Please try to follow all my tips and you'll get the job.
Looking forward to hearing some good news from you!
