To celebrate the Vietnamese Teachers’ Day, our school’s
football team recently played a friendly match with Nguyen Thai
Hoc High School’s football team. The match took place last
weekend in the city stadium.
It was a nice Sunday morning. The sun was shining lightly
and the weather was quite pleasant. This made all the players
and spectators feel eager to wait for the beginning of the game.
In the first half, both teams played well. They had many
chances to score goals. Unfortunately, there were no goals. The
first half ended with a tie.
During the break, our coach encouraged his players and
asked them to try their best. Our boys promised to win the game.
Five minutes after the beginning of the second half, our
captain had the ball, he passed the ball to the attacker number
