- Work in pairs, look at picture ask and answer the
questions
+ They are the Great Pyramid of Giza and the Taj Mahal
+ The Great Pyramid of Giza is located in Egypt and the
Taj Mahal in India
+ They are both wonderful man made wonders of the
world.
- Asks some pairs of Ss to give the
answer
2. While you read
- Ss listen to the tape and pick out the new word in the
reading passage
Task 1
- Ss read the passage silently then do task 1

- Plays the tape once
