1. Language focus:
- To develop their speaking skills reporting sports results
- To provide students with some new more words and phrases.
2. Skills: To help Ss develop their speaking skills
3. Attitudes: To encourage Ss work in pairs and groups
II. PREPARATION
1. Teacher: - Teaching aids: - Lesson plan, text book
- Teaching method: Communicative language teaching
2. Students: - Read Unit 9 – speaking at home
III. PROCEDURE
1. Class organization (1 minute)
2. Check – up (5 minutes)
- Some students read and write down new words and phrases
- Some students translate the reading passage into Vietnamese
3. New lesson (35 minutes)
