1. Class organization (1 minute)
2. Check – up (5 minutes) Talk about the history of synchronized swimming
3. New lesson (35 minutes)

In order to avoid getting cramped when you play water polo,
you must take the following warm up exercise
+ Set yourself in vertical position
+ Stand with your feet apart, raise your hands above your
head, looking above
+ Bend down until your fingers touch the ground
+ Bend down more until your fingers touch your toes
+ Raise your body to the first position
