Period 79: A3 What shall we eat?
I.Objectives:
After finishing the lesson, Ss will be able to know some more about
some food and describle how to make a meal.
II. Language contents:
-Grammar: past and present simple tense
- Vocabulary: bowl, slice, stir-fry, soy sauce, dish, add
III. Techniques: Pair work, ask and answer, gapfilling

1.Warm up:
- Ask some pairs of Ss to ask / answer
about food they like and dislike.
2.Presentation
- Let Ss look at the pictures and guess
the content.
- Ss answer some questions:
* Hoa’s aunt cooked dinner thet evening.
Read and find out the answers to these
questions:
What did she cook?
How did she prepare the
food?
What did Hoa do?

3.Practice:
- Have Ss read the text in their minds.
- Ask Ss to read the text aloud.
- Explain voc.
- Have them give answers (can ask and
answer)
- Have them write the menu.
