III. PROCEDURES:
1. Check-up: (5’)
Two students stand up to make a dialogue in the post office.

I. PRE-READING:

- Elicit the words and says them out.
- Write, check and instruct Ss to read.
- Use “ Matching” to check vocab. and
asks Ss to correct.
2. T/F statement prediction (Part 1-
P.68) (6’)
- think about and then speak out their
ideas
- Try out & repeat chorally-individually.
- Give the meaning & make the
sentences.
- Run through the words, share their ideas
and go to the B.B and match the words
with the definitions.
- Hang on the statements and focus Ss on
the information.
- Ask Ss to read the passage individually
and then share their ideas in groups.
- Get feedback
II. WHILE-READING
1. Reading and checking prediction (8’)
- Ask Ss to read the text individually, then
share their ideas in pairs.
- Get feedback and invite corrections

questions (Part 2- P.68) (7’)
*) Answer key:
1. All the shops are under one roof..
2.There are 50 air-conditioned special
stores, 4 movie theaters and 10
restaurants. There is also a children/s
play area.
- Give out the questions & runs through
them; checks the meaning of some
questions.
- Ask them to read the text again to
answer all.
- Get feedback.
- Ask the whole to check.
- Ask Ss to play the role with the Qs.,
III. POST-READING: (8’)
* Speaking: Where do you like to buy
things?
- Give the instruction and monitor.
- Call on some Ss to speak out their ideas.
- Get feedback.
- Give comments.
- Read through the statements and pick
out the meaning: pleased, comfortable.
- Read the passage and share their ideas
in groups, then write their predictions on
the worksheets
- Stick their answers on the board
- Read it and find them True or False and
share their ideas in pairs.
- Speak out their answers and explain
